The Upper Yarra Community House Incorporated began very modestly 25 years ago. The Upper Yarra is a uniquely beautiful but somewhat geographically isolated area in terms of services commonly found in more suburban locations.

Over the years the UYCH Inc. has built a strong reputation for its innovative and professional approach to addressing community need and filling this vacuum of services by offering a widely increasing range of social and educational programs across the entire Yarra Valley district and beyond.

Services and programs include accredited and non-accredited training through our educational arm the UYCH Learning Centre; childcare services; services for older people and people with disabilities and more recently the development of the Cerini Centre in Warburton into a fully functional learning space for young people. Over the years individuals have told us that their “lives have been changed” by the courses and programs they have undertaken with us.
