Outer East Youth Connections
We give support to young people who have left school or thinking of leaving school, so that they can continue their education and ultimately gain their Year 12 (or equivalent) certificate – and improve their life opportunities.
The service is flexible and includes one-on-one support to help young people overcome the barriers that make it difficult to stay in or return to, school or training.
We also run outreach activities in conjunction with other providers so that young people have the best community support possible.

How to refer into the program?
Simply click-on and fill-in the electronic Referral Form, and email or print/fax or post back to us. Referrals can come from anyone including:
