ANLHLC was established in the early 1970’s as the peak body for Victorian neighbourhood houses and learning centres. ANHLC currently has a membership of over 350, which includes just about all the houses and centres in the state.

The CHAOS Network
The Community Houses Association of the Outer Eastern Suburbs is a network of 30 Community Houses, Neighbourhood Houses and Learning Centres, servicing an area that extends from Blackburn to Park Orchards, east to Healesville and Yarra Junction, and across the Dandenongs to Emerald and Rowville.
