The successful applicant will have a sound knowledge of community based education and training, accredited program delivery and current national and state education and training standards and policies.
The position requires a flexible innovative ideas person able to work with communities and industry to identify, design and implement education and training opportunities.

This position requires a highly skilled, professional person to provide leadership to the UYCH team supporting young people to remain in education and who are at risk of early school leaving. The successful applicant will be flexible and innovative in their approach and fully understand the requirements of the VRQA.
The successful applicant will have a sound knowledge of community based education and training, accredited program delivery and current national and state education and training standards and policies.

Sessional Tutors Required - Day and Evening


UYCH is seeking qualified Tutors in a range of accredited programs:  Aged Care, Children's Services, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Business, Community Services (VCE/VET), VCAL and other youth programs.  Trainers must hold Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) plus industry qualification and experience.  Rewarding work environment!

Tutor (Accedited Courses)


Job Position 4

Youth Tutors
Expressions of interest

UYCH is looking for committed educators to teach in a range of applied learning programs including our VCAL, CGEA and Horticulture. These programs are specifically for young people who are at risk of early school leaving.


VCAL, CGEA tutors require Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or VIT registration. Horticulture tutor will have Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and relevant industry qualification.

Youth Tutor

Are you interested in teaching a Short Course?

We are always keen to hear from tutors interested in teaching for us, subjects you may be able to offer us are: computer training, art and craft, health and wellbeing, work skills, etc. etc.   We are currently looking for a tutor to deliver Leadlighting classes!
